Dropshipping Furniture on eBay, Amazon and Shopify: How It Works With Us
By Furniture1005 min read

Furniture is an awkward product to resell. It is big, it is heavy, and a pallet of dining chairs ties up money and floor space before you have sold a single one. That is why dropshipping suits furniture better than almost any other category. You list the piece, a customer buys it from you, and the supplier ships it straight to their door. You never touch the box.
We run a dropship programme for exactly this. Here is how it works, what we take care of, and how it fits with selling on eBay, Amazon or your own Shopify store.
What dropshipping actually means
The word gets used loosely, so to be clear about the version we offer. You sell our furniture on your own store or marketplace listing, at a price you set. When an order comes in, you place that same order with us at your dropship price and give us your customer's delivery address. We pack it and deliver it to them. The difference between what you charged your customer and what you paid us is yours.
You hold no stock, you pay nothing up front, and you never buy a chair until someone has already bought it from you.
How it works with us
There are four steps, and the first one takes about a minute.
Apply. Fill in the short form on our dropship page. It asks who you are, where you sell and roughly how many orders a month you expect. If you are just starting out, say so. That is one of the options.
Get set up by email. Once you are approved we send you your dropship discount and everything you need to list our pieces. That includes our photography and product copy, so you are not starting from a blank page.
List and sell. Put our furniture on your channel at whatever price you choose. When a customer orders from you, place the order with us at your discounted price and give us their address.
We deliver. We pack it and send it straight to your customer, free to UK mainland, with the same delivery our own customers get. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
Selling on eBay
eBay is where a lot of furniture resellers start, because listing is cheap and the audience is already there looking for a good price on a good-looking chair. The catch has always been stock. Most eBay furniture sellers either hold inventory in a lock-up or drop-ship from overseas with long lead times and no control over what turns up.
With us you get a UK supplier, UK stock and UK delivery times. You can list a set of dining chairs today, sell them tonight and have them on the way tomorrow. Our photography is yours to use, so the listing looks like it came from a proper store rather than a phone camera in a garage.
Selling on Amazon
Amazon buyers expect fast delivery and clean, professional listings, and the platform will punish you for slow dispatch. Because we hold the stock in the UK and dispatch as soon as your order reaches us, you can meet Amazon's delivery expectations without paying to send pallets into their warehouses first.
The product descriptions we give you are written for UK buyers, in plain English, with the measurements and materials people actually search for. That saves you the afternoon of writing that every furniture listing otherwise needs.
Selling on your own Shopify store
If you already run an independent online shop, our pieces slot in as an extra category. Dining chairs alongside your homeware, bar stools next to your kitchen accessories, a couple of accent chairs in a lifestyle collection. You do not have to change how your store works. You list our pieces the same way you list anything else, and when an order comes in you pass it to us.
Because we hold the stock, adding a whole category of furniture costs you nothing until it starts selling. If a piece does not move, you take it down. Nothing is sitting in a warehouse reminding you it did not work.
What we handle, and what you handle
It is worth being straight about where the line sits, because it is what makes the arrangement work.
We handle the stock, the packing, the delivery to your customer, the product photography and the product descriptions. We keep the range in stock and add new pieces regularly.
You handle the listing, the price you sell at, taking payment from your customer, and being the person they talk to on your channel. When they order, you pass the order to us. That is the job.
In practice that means your time goes on the part that makes you money, which is selling, rather than on the part that costs you money, which is holding boxes.
The discount
Every approved reseller gets a dropship discount that puts their price below the price on our site. We send you the details by email when you are set up, along with everything else you need. What you charge your customer above that is entirely your decision. Some resellers price just under our site price and compete on service. Others price higher on marketplaces where buyers are less price-sensitive. Both work.
Who this suits
Marketplace sellers on eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop or Etsy who want designer-look furniture without buying pallets of it. Independent online shops that want to add seating, stools or tables to what they already sell. Interior designers and stylists buying for clients who would rather order at a discount than through the site.
If that is you, apply on the dropship page. If you would rather talk it through first, email us at hello@furniture100.co.uk and we will come back to you.
Everything in the full range is available, from dining chairs and bar stools through to sofas and lighting.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy stock before I can start?
No. That is the whole point. We keep the inventory, and you only place an order with us once a customer has already bought from you. You are never left holding chairs you have not sold.
How does the discount work?
When your application is approved we email you your dropship discount. Your price on every piece sits below the price on our site, and the gap between what you pay us and what you charge your customer is your margin. You set your own selling price.
Who delivers to my customer?
We do. When you place an order with us you give us your customer's address, and we pack and send it there with the same free UK mainland delivery our own customers get. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
Can I use your product photos in my listings?
Yes. Once you are set up you can list with our studio photography and product descriptions rather than shooting and writing your own. That is usually the slowest part of getting a furniture listing live, and it is done for you.
Which of your products can I sell?
Everything in the full range is available to dropship, and new pieces are added regularly. Dining chairs, bar stools, accent chairs, office chairs, sofas, tables and lighting.
I am only just starting out. Is that a problem?
Not at all. The application form has an option for exactly that, and plenty of resellers begin with one or two listings to see what sells before adding more.
