Is delivery really free?
Yes. Every order ships with free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses, with no minimum spend and no surprise charges at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery is 3-5 working days. Larger items take 5-10 working days, and the Scottish Highlands & Islands 7-14 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your returns policy?
If you're not completely happy, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, your refund is processed within 5-7 working days.
Who pays for return postage?
We do. We'll provide a prepaid returns label, or arrange a collection for larger items, so sending something back is hassle-free.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. You can also spread the cost with Klarna, including interest-free Pay in 3.
Can I make an offer on a price?
Yes. Open any product, tap Make an Offer and tell us what feels fair. We review every offer personally and usually reply within 24 hours; if we agree, you check out at your agreed price.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also view your orders any time from your account.
