We do not store your full card details ourselves: payments are handled securely by our payment providers.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK and EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Order and transaction records: kept for six years after the relevant tax year, to meet UK accounting and tax law.
• Account information: kept for as long as your account is open. Ask us to close it and we will delete or anonymise data we no longer need.
• Marketing data: kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
• Enquiries and correspondence: kept only as long as needed to deal with them, and a short period afterwards.
