Each tier is measured against the one below it rather than against the list price, because once 15% is free nobody is paying list. Plus buys you ten percent more than Standard, and Pro another five on top of Plus.
Those crossovers are break-even points, not allowances. Nothing is capped: order five pieces or five hundred and the discount is the same on every one.
